After purchasing the Salesforce platform and licenses, Coral made a significant financial investment in building a custom solution through a third-party consultancy.

Expectations were high: the system was meant to streamline the Sales process, improve efficiency, and become a key tool for closing deals faster.

The reality? The final implementation fell far short. The system was overly complex, with a cluttered and unintuitive interface that didn’t reflect the Sales team’s actual workflows.
