The challenge
After purchasing the Salesforce platform and licenses, Coral made a significant financial investment in building a custom solution through a third-party consultancy.
Expectations were high—the new system was meant to streamline the sales process, increase efficiency, and provide the sales team with a powerful tool to close deals faster.
Unfortunately, the final implementation fell far short. The system was overly complex, with a cluttered and unintuitive interface that didn’t reflect the sales team’s actual workflows.
Instead of simplifying tasks, it added layers of unnecessary steps and configurations, causing confusion and frustration.
Sales reps felt overwhelmed by the rigid system, which included excessive, irrelevant features. Adoption was low, and many users reverted to manual or offline tools to avoid the platform altogether.
The original goal—simplifying and optimizing sales operations—was not achieved. Instead, the system became a barrier to productivity.
The Nuvolar team took the time to understand our specific needs and came back with thoughtful, well-tailored solutions that addressed both our immediate challenges and long-term goals. It felt like having a true partner, not just a service provider.
The agents are now using Salesforce with no issues and really appreciate how simple it is to use. It’s been truly easy for everyone to adapt to the new system.

First actions

✅ Streamlining the Pricing Model
✅ Creating Modern, On-Brand Document Templates

Our solution
We understood the challenges Coral Memorial was facing and took a strategic, user-centric approach to revamp their Salesforce implementation.
The Goal? Transform an overcomplicated, underused system into a smart, intuitive tool that actually works for the sales team. Our approach focused on four key pillars:
1️⃣ Deep Dive into the Sales Process:
We talked directly with sales reps to understand their workflows, pain points, and goals. Their insights shaped the solution.

2️⃣ Radical UX Simplification:
We redesigned the interface to be clean, clear, and role-specific. No clutter, no confusion—just what users need to get the job done.
3️⃣ Smarter Pricing Logic:
The old setup was too complex. We built a simplified pricing engine that lets reps generate accurate quotes fast—no tech help needed.
4️⃣ Branded, Automated Documents:
We introduced dynamic, fully branded templates for quotes and contracts—always consistent, always professional, and powered by Salesforce data.
One of the biggest wins from this implementation was how intuitive the app turned out to be. Our agents needed very little training to get started—they were generating invoices and quotes confidently almost right away.
The interface is clean, user-friendly,
and makes day-to-day tasks much simpler.
It’s been a huge time-saver and has really improved our team’s efficiency.
